VIDYA & BOBBY WEDDING VIDEO

Today we will tell you about Vidya and Bobby’s wedding that was full of emotion and also became the happiest moment. Bandung never disappoints us. As well as the people who are friendly and pleasant. Including this great couple. It is such an honor for us to be able to cooperate with Vidya and Bobby in capturing their important moments in this beloved city.

The wedding, which was held in Bandung ran with wisdom in each events. Quran recital and  splash of water (siraman) ceremonies were done  a few days before the reception ceremony. Quran Recital event namely praying together was held in order to be given grace on the wedding day. And a splash of water ceremony is a traditional Javanese ritual of parents shower their children (the bride), which aims to be holy inner and outer.

The next day the couple held a procession ceremony in the morning and immediately followed by several traditional rituals of Java, Balangan Suruh Ritual, Ritual Wiji Dadi, Weight Ritual, Ritual Kacar Kucur, and Ritual Dhahar Kembul. In the evening, the reception event was held and done with a procession of pedang pora that must be done for the groom who works in the police world. Not a few of our clients work in the military and police,so this moment was what we've been waiting for. As pedang pora procession is one of our favorite moments, we endlessly enshrined this moment in every second.

The reception event was very lively. Vidya and Bobby’s happiness radiated from their smiles that day. Vidya and Bobby is a partner that we believe will always be showered with happiness and affection in their married life.

INTAN & GIRAM WEDDING VIDEO

Intan and Giram are survivors of a long distance relationship. As Giram was occupied with his works, Intan was preparing their wedding with the help from family and close friends. These fact did nothing to discourage Intan, in fact she did it all with pure joy.

Due to the nature of their work, as Intan is based in Palembang and Giram works in other city that makes their relationship already a challenge. It was an honor for us when this busy couple managed to do their prewedding shoot in Jakarta last year. Before the prewedding photoshoot, we only had one meeting with them, however this love bugs treated us like old friends from the beginning of our meeting, which made everyone feeling at ease and relax during the prewedding photoshoot that day.

In the end of last year, Intan and Giram had their wedding in Palembang. During our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Intan herself. Unfortunately, Giram was still out of town due to his work assigment and we did not have the chance to meet him. The wedding matrimony was held in Intan's residence with the attendance from both families. The matrimony went sacred and as planned. Thus, Intan and Giram also held the traditional wedding ceremony. The ceremony goes with the elements of Palembang themes called suap-suapan and cacap-cacapan. On the suap-suapan ceremony the Bride and Groom are feeding each other with food where the groom gives the bride a mouthful of yellow steamed rice and so does the bride. Both parents and grandparents also join the tradition with words of wisdom. They splash the water that has been used for the cacap-cacapan ceremony to the Bride and Groom. This procession is a symbol of the hope from the parents that the bride and groom will always have a clear mind, positive thinking, and a high purpose in marriage life.

THE WOMAN'S BRAVERY - ALEXANDRA ASMASOEBRATA

Bravery is not something you are born with.  It comes through building self-confidence, risk taking and daring to make your dream come true.

All of the criteria above we can find it in Alexandra Asmasoebrata, the First Indonesian Woman Racer that daring enough to challenger herself in order to chase her dream to become a race driver and compete in a men dominated sport like racing.  For those reasons above, we ask her to share her story in this program "The Woman's Bravery".

Andra, shortened from Alexandra Asmasoebrata, was introduced to the racing world through her Father at the age of 12. At first she was just trying to please her father, but before she knew it she already fell in love with the racing world and managed to get a range of accomplishments both nationally and internationally.

According to Andra whenever she was in the driver seat during a competition she tried her best to conquer her fear and focus on finishing or even winning the race, "as long as we meet the requirements of safety then we can focus on winning" she added.

Besides her career as a racer she is also a sport presenter for an Indonesian TV network . Although it is a completely new world for her, she wants to gain knowledge and grow herself outside of the racing world. To try something new she will brace herself as long as it has a positive impact on her.

The photo shoot concept was inspired by none other than our young, energetic and yet brave Alexandra Asmasoebrata herself, combined with the true nature of Tropical Indonesia that makes the photo session so bright and colorful bringing out the two perspectives of Alexandra Asmasoebrata both tough and warm.

At the end of our session with Andra, once again encourages people not to be afraid to reach out for their dreams, and try their best to everything they ever want to be.

MUTHIA & JAGAT WEDDING VIDEO

Muthia and Jagat wedding celebration was so very special. The wedding day was held in Balai Sudirman, Jakarta. Glamour green color were used throughout on the reception. For as long as we capturing the weddings, we know one thing that Jakarta just gets it. They know how to do traditional wedding in a way that is modern and fun.

Muthia and Jagat creative personalities reflected in their wedding design. From wedding invitation, souvenir, and decoration, was so pretty. The entire day was fun and full of joyness. It was so lovely to see how Muthia and Jagat followed all procession from akad, until reception with full of love. They are using Sundanese traditional attire for akad nikah, and Minang traditional attire for the reception. They chose a green color for the reception because it is Muthia's favorite color. "Every detail of the wedding took a cue from our love journey" Jagat's said. Muthia and Jagat had a good contribution of our ideas to captured every moment of this beautiful moment. THE WOMAN'S BRAVERY - RESKA AMELIA

Speaking about women, there are heaps of interesting things about them. As women are differently unique, they are such a source of inspiration. Their pure bravery is always astounding. Some of them will always have it tough in life. Thus, women need the courage to stand by their decisions, including the courage to build a marriage, and the self confidence for how they choose to live.

The bravery of a women is our theme this time. We will showcase one of our best bravery story of a woman that needs to be recognized, respected, and surely appreciated. So, we invited Reska Amelia as we admire on how she could be on her own and have her own career at such a young age. She is one example for all women out there. It all began from the Abang None Jakarta election as she came out as a winner, she now plunged into journalism world and became a presenter in local private television. But it's always darkest before dawn. And how she made it through all the hard times, is one thing where we will span our attention on. Hence, we would like to share her pieces of experiences in facing new challenges, through some artistic photographs.

In a vintage-theme photoshoot with Reska, we succeed in capturing her independent spirit clearly through her great poses. She also shared her thoughts; "the road to success in life will sometimes pushes us to step a little out of our comfort zones."

In addition, it also take a lot of courage to have a marriage for every woman, including Reska. We can't cope with how she showed her perfectly stunning wedding dream through our lens.
